These factors can also determine where the necessary incisions will be made. Breast augmentation surgery takes approximately 1-2 hours and can be performed in the doctor's office as an outpatient procedure. Usually, general anesthesia is administered for this procedure.

fat transfer breast augmentation seems awesome?
Anyone else agree? Fat is taken from the butt and legs (liposuction) and the fat is transferred to the breasts making them bigger (with a few other steps and technologies involved). Think of it- No implants!

And I was curious to know if anybody has experience or is familiar with this procedure?
According to this video, I think I might be a cadindate. Before I was pregnant, I was a C cup but through nursing, I've peaked at DD/E depending on the bra. My breasts remained big at a size D and I'm happy with them, although they could be fuller. I plan on having another child so they might morph again in the future. I don't want artificial or sillocone implants because my husband does not like fake breasts and I do take pride in being natural. I wouldn't want this done soon but I am considering it for later after we are done having kids.
If you have had this procedure done, how full can you breasts be? How satisfied have you been with the results? If done after a preganancy, would it be possible to be the increase the size they were while nursing?

Fat Transfer Breast Augmentation?
I posted a similar question about this before, but I decided to ask if anyone has had experience or known anyone who has had experience with fat transfer breast augmentation?? It sounds like a miracle to me...I've been wanting a breast augmentation since I started college, but wasn't too thrilled with how unnatural implants can look/feel. I do not want a huge difference in size or anything..maybe 1 to 2 cup sizes.I have been reading several articles on fat transfer breast augmentation, and the doctors who have/are preforming it.
Anyone had this done? Anyone know anyone who had this done?
If so, where? Who was your surgeon? Happy or no?
