I'm 29 years old, rather slim (not model slim!), average height, and a small chest. I've considered having breast augmentation using implants for years but for health reasons I've decided not to have it. Also, I'm on quite a low pay so I'd only be able to afford it by paying in installments. Also, if anything went wrong, how would I ever be able to pay for corrections? It just seems too messy and money drenching. I've recently heard of fat grafting breast augmentation. I know that you can't go much bigger with that option, but any bigger would do if the results are permanent and the risk of complications is low.
